Lithuanian Academy of Science (Gedimino Ave. 3) is located in close proximity to the heart of Vilnius old town – the Cathedral Square.

Location

Vilnius, the capital city of Lithuania, is built around the banks of the Neris & Vilnia rivers. The largely baroque Old Town, founded in the 14c, is one of Europe’s largest ancient quarters. The University of Vilnius founded in 1579 is one of the oldest and most famous establishments of higher education in Eastern Europe. Vilnius is notable for its harmony between nature and architecture.
